Product spotlight: Promote emotional literacy and wellbeing with the 'Emotions Poster Pack'

The NHS (England) has advocated for 5 ways to wellbeing which are:

Connect

Be active

Take notice

Keep learning

Give

The Emotions Poster Pack are a brilliant way to ‘take notice’ by offering simple explanations of how we might feel and some ways people can find helpful to manage feelings. Displaying these in a classroom environment or school environment is one way to give children permission to reflect on and develop their own understanding of emotions and some language and vocabulary they can use.

6 different emotions posters available in two sizes (A3 or A2)

These beautifully illustrated posters help to give a simple explanation of feelings, anxiety, mindfulness, anger and some simple approaches to try, introducing emotions in an accessible way to children. Those working with children can start conversations about feelings with a shared language and using the images and words as a prompt.

There are six posters in each set. Take a look at all the poster images here.
